The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. We're looking for a talented and motivated Mobile Software Engineer II to help build and enhance the next generation of WGU's student mobile experience.This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building high-quality mobile applications, solving technical challenges, and contributing to products that directly impact students. As part of the Mobile Engineering team, you'll develop cross-platform experiences using Flutter and Dart while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and engaging mobile solutions. You'll contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from implementation and testing to release management and production support.
