Oracle Fusion Analytics Manager - Finance (OTC & PTP) Nashville, TN Pay: $78.00 - $84.00 per hour 26-06448 Job Summary The Oracle Fusion Analytics Manager - Finance (OTC & PTP) is responsible for leading the design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics and reporting solutions across Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) business processes. This techno-functional role combines deep Finance process expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP analytics capabilities to deliver trusted, data-driven insights that support operational performance, working capital optimization, and finance transformation initiatives. The role serves as a strategic liaison between Finance, Data, and Technology teams and partners closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Oracle Fusion analytics and reporting roadmap for OTC and PTP process areas.
- Translate Finance business requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Utilize Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher to deliver reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Establish and maintain standardized KPI definitions, semantic layers, and reporting governance frameworks.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of Finance data across operational and management reporting.
- Deliver analytics across the full OTC lifecycle, including credit, billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, disputes, deductions, and revenue management.
- Develop and maintain metrics related to DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, billing accuracy, disputes, and write-offs.
- Partner with Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections teams to support cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
- Deliver analytics across the full PTP lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
- Develop and maintain metrics related to DPO, invoice cycle times, automation rates, payment performance, discount capture, and duplicate payment risk.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Sourcing teams to improve spend visibility and supplier performance.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and prioritize reporting and analytics requests.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders, ERP teams, IT, and data engineering resources.
- Support Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and analytics migrations.
- Promote data literacy and self-service reporting capabilities across Finance organizations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting automation, efficiency, and data quality.
- Lead and mentor analysts and reporting resources while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Support month-end close, controllership, FP&A reporting, and finance transformation initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, ERP reporting, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership, project leadership, or team lead experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and associated analytics platforms including Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion financial modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and General Ledger subledgers.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and business intelligence reporting solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or analytics migrations.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as OCI, Snowflake, Azure, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of ETL and data integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality and governance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate reporting solutions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
- Relevant Oracle certifications related to Oracle Fusion Analytics or Oracle Cloud ERP are preferred.
Work Experience
- 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, ERP reporting, or related fields required.
- 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience required.
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP analytics environments required.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher required.
- Experience supporting OTC and PTP business functions required.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or analytics migrations preferred.
- Experience supporting finance transformation, working capital optimization, controllership, or FP&A initiatives preferred.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and enterprise reporting ecosystems preferred.
