PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Performs operational duties such as delivery, inventory control, housekeeping,repairsand customer serviceat assigned location.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Manage inventory, protect fromdamage and ensureproper paperworkdocumenting movement in and out of warehouse.

Completemonthlyphysical inventory and weekly spot checks; communicates product to be ordered.

Monitor inventoryfor current seasonal and daily needs.

Maintain service/repair records for allequipmentincluding vehicles.

Inform LocationManagerof need for major building and equipment repairsandrecommendannual fixed asset purchases.

Responsiblefor the housekeepingofwarehouse(s)and surrounding groundsatassigned location(s).

Keep vehicles and equipmentclean,parkedneatly and security checked daily.

Ensurethatemployees follow all safety procedures, including use ofpersonal protective equipment.

Report any unsafe equipment or procedureto thesupervisor.

Inspect and record findingsweeklyforpetroleum,chemical and liquid fertilizer tanks and dikes.

Remove rainwater or spilled product from load pads and dike areas and dispose of as directed.

Responsible for delivery of products.

Assistinloading bulk pesticides, container products and Anhydrous Ammonia tanks for pickup or delivery.

Retrieveproduct from other suppliers or company locations.

Delivers productto customers and rotatesaccording to date.

Reportany possibleproductproblemsat customer locationsand provideoutstanding customer service.

Maintain product handling equipment and complete needed repairs.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

May be required todo one or more of the following:

Maintain unattended fuel sites

Keep spill box and fuel lines in floor runs at bulk petroleum loading plant clean of debris and fuel spilled.

Prepareempty oil drums for return.

Maintain grain systemand train other employees in the maintenance and operationof systemif present at location.

Maintain quality control of grain.

Learnthe operation of all equipmentand vehiclesat the location and be available to help in times of peak demand.

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requireshigh school diplomaor the equivalent thereof,and1-2years or moreofagriculture or warehouserelatedwork experienceto demonstrate knowledge of inventory control and organization skills.

Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operation certification, CommercialDriver'sLicense with

Hazmat& Tanker endorsement, Mixer Loader Pesticide Certified & License.As well as maintain asatisfactorydriving record.

Ability to lift at least 60 poundsfrequently.

Frequently exposedtoextreme weather conditions and noisy conditions.

Mayoccasionallybe exposed todust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.

Mayoccasionallyberequired to work at varying heights.

Must be able to travel independently and overnight.

Demonstrated essential abilities business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Ability and willingness to participate inrequired training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
