About the role

In this hybrid role, you will act as both a Content Development Specialist and a Subject Matter Expert, leading the creation and deployment of high-impact marketing content while shaping channel strategies across acute care segments. You will translate complex clinical and technical information into meaningful stories that resonate with healthcare professionals-while driving measurable growth across key channels like hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs.

You will be part of a team that's shaping the future of acute care-where your work directly supports clinicians, enhances patient care, and drives meaningful innovation.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies across hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs
  • Create compelling clinical content, campaigns, and collateral
  • Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex medical concepts into clear, engaging messaging
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and medical teams to drive adoption and revenue
  • Travel: up to 20%

What you bring

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of medical marketing experience (Preferred:5+ years of experience in channel and content strategy, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the medical device industry in acute care)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and content strategy
  • Proven ability to develop compelling content and drive engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, CRM platforms, and design software (Adobe Suite)
