What You'll Do:
  • Operate fill production manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Package completed products for shipment and distribution.
  • Verify raw materials and components to ensure accurate batch production.
  • Monitor production processes and identify potential issues affecting product quality.
  • Partner with support personnel to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-related challenges.
  • Follow written production procedures, work instructions, and area guidelines.
  • Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO, and OSHA standards.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar industry experience.
What Sets You Apart:
  • FDA Regulated Facility, Production/Manufacturing environment, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good manufacturing practices, PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
  • Desire to learn new processes/functions.
  • Strong communicator, Team player.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
  • Position needs the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes.
  • PPE will be provided by the client.
  • Individuals may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Position needs lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Based on business needs, individuals may be needed to work overtime and may be asked to modify their work hours.
