APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Operate fill production manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Package completed products for shipment and distribution. Verify raw materials and components to ensure accurate batch production. Monitor production processes and identify potential issues affecting product quality. Partner with support personnel to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-related challenges. Follow written production procedures, work instructions, and area guidelines. Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO, and OSHA standards. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar industry experience. What Sets You Apart: FDA Regulated Facility, Production/Manufacturing environment, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good manufacturing practices, PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum, etc.) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting. Desire to learn new processes/functions. Strong communicator, Team player. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits. Position needs the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes. PPE will be provided by the client. Individuals may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. Position needs lifting materials up to 50 lbs. Based on business needs, individuals may be needed to work overtime and may be asked to modify their work hours.
