Compensation

Salary Range: $22.56 - $29.85 per hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the front office. The position provides administrative and supervisory support to the Director Rehabilitation Services/Associate Director Rehabilitation Services. The position is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the front office team, monitoring the workflow, delegating work assignments, staff training, and problem resolution. The Rehabilitation Services Office Coordinator provides the highest level of customer service to patients, fellow employees and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the front office activities. The Office Coordinator at the CMH location directly reports to the Director, and the Office Coordinator at the OVCH location directly reports to the Associate Director.



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Two (2) years of medical office administrative experience
  • Two (2) years of computer and office equipment experience, including MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business or Healthcare
  • Previous Supervisory experience
  • Experience with electronic health/medical record systems
  • Working knowledge of HiPPA, medical insurance and terminology
  • Organizational Skills
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
