The Release Manager / Delivery Lead supports network engineering initiatives by coordinating delivery across multi-phase projects aligned to change and release calendars. This role partners closely with engineers, program/project managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of network deployments and implementations. This individual plays a critical role in maintaining delivery quality, meeting timelines, and ensuring alignment with enterprise change management processes. Key Responsibilities * Own and manage end-to-end delivery of network-related initiatives, from planning through post-implementation support * Coordinate and track engineering tasks across internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners * Align deliverables with release and change calendars, ensuring timely and high-quality execution * Translate business requirements into actionable technical and implementation plans * Oversee release, deployment, and change activities before, during, and after production windows * Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders * Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams and leadership, including global partners across time zones * Drive accountability for all assigned tasks and delivery outcomes Required Experience * 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting technical/network initiatives * Hands-on experience working with network engineering or infrastructure teams * Proven experience managing release/change calendars or deployment coordination * Strong understanding of change management processes * Consistent work history with no extended employment gaps (greater than 8 months) Technical Exposure (Preferred) Candidates should have exposure to or familiarity with network technologies such as: * LAN / WAN environments * Wireless Access Points (WAP) * Structured cabling and network installations * SD-WAN, LTE, Switched Ethernet * Cloud and virtualized network services * Optical and transport systems Additional exposure to VoIP, UC/Collaboration tools, or network appliances is a plus. Tools * Experience with Jira is a plus (must be open to learning) Core Skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication (verbal and written) * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Confident, proactive, and self-driven * Strong stakeholder and client-facing experience Work Environment & Expectations * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to support release windows when needed * Comfort working in a global environment across multiple time zones * High accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
