Pay:



  • Annual salary of $90,000


The Senior HRIS Administrator is a hybrid role that will serve as the organization's lead expert for the Human Resources Information System (UKG), responsible for system strategy, optimization, and vendor management. This role ensures the HRIS supports organizational goals, compliance, and data-driven decision-making while partnering with HR, IT, Finance, and Line of Service leadership.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field


  • 5-8+ years of HRIS experience, UKG experience is preffered


  • Experience in HRIS strategy, governance, and process optimization


  • Strong change management and training execution skills


  • Vendor and platform management experience


  • Workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making capability


  • Knowledge of compliance, data governance, and audit readiness


  • Strong project management and collaboration skills


  • Ability to adapt to evolving HRIS technologies
