Locations: Omaha, NE | Los Angeles, CA | Chicago, IL | Richmond, VA | Albany, NY | New York City, NY Work Schedule: 100% In-Office (Monday-Friday) About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Senior Triage Specialist to join our Commercial Claims team. This position combines First Notice of Loss (FNOL), claims intake, and fast-track claims handling while providing critical support to our claims adjusters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial insurance. Successful employees are well-positioned to advance into future Claims Trainee and Claims Adjuster opportunities. As part of our ongoing modernization efforts, we're also enhancing our claims operations with AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technology.
