Summary: To prepare food orders for the customer according to batch sheet using proper GMP's and to assure the smooth operation of the blending room by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  1. Uses preparatory utensils
  2. Follows portion and quality control standards
  3. Ensures all leftover/unused food products are stored/restocked or disposed of properly
  4. Uses RF guns to scan materials used
  5. Runs reports from IQMS as needed
  6. Examines incoming food supplies in storage and refrigeration areas
  7. Responsible for maintaining quality standards, conditions, and/or specifications throughout the entire plant system
  8. Reports and/or documents any quality related deviations to the appropriate personnel
  9. Avoids contamination whenever possible
  10. Ensures kitchen appliances and equipment have been cleaned before each work day by following the sanitation checklist
  11. Maintains work areas in a sanitized and orderly manner in compliance with state health and safety regulations
  12. Maintains food product inventory and notifies of any shortages
  13. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations
  14. Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
  15. Reports any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management
  16. Responsible for following food quality and safety guidelines
  17. Ensures documentation of processing information related to all food safety
