Job Summary

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by assisting with product loading, inventory management, repackaging, product rotation, and facility maintenance. This position ensures products are handled, stored, and loaded accurately while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and compliance with operational standards. The Warehouse Loader plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely product distribution.

Job Responsibilities



  • Assist with loading products onto delivery trucks in accordance with established warehouse and distribution standards.
  • Verify that truck loads are accurate and match order requirements.
  • Rotate products on trucks and within the warehouse according to expiration dates and inventory rotation procedures.
  • Clean, inspect, and repackage products in accordance with company quality standards.
  • Identify damaged, expired, or out-of-code products and assist with proper disposal procedures when authorized.
  • Assist with inventory organization and stock management activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclable materials as required.
  • Sweep warehouse floors and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment and assist with warehouse maintenance activities.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Support additional warehouse functions and special projects as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical job duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to follow inventory rotation and product handling procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.


Work Experience



  • Previous warehouse, loading, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience handling inventory and product rotation is a plus.
  • Experience with warehouse cleaning and maintenance activities is beneficial.
