Position Title: Coordinator, UCAPPosition Type: RegularAbout the Role: Directly supervised by a program coordinator of University Connect and Persist (UCAP), this position supports the Coordinated Care student success initiatives of the University. The coordinator will utilize proactive outreach strategies to identify and engage with students in need of support. The coordinator will likewise interact with faculty and staff, primarily in the division of Academic and Student Affairs and the Office of Student Financial Aid and Student Account Services to support retention and persistence efforts.This position will implement University student success programming by: maintaining a student caseload; utilizing campus wide student success platforms; collaborating with campus support services to address critical student needs; promoting and facilitating success networks; assisting with the development and implementation of innovative and proactive outreach strategies; presenting to campus constituents. This position helps support UCAP & Care Closet programs such as Textbook Lending @ Steely, Access Code applications, UCAP & Gown, etc. as well as support FUEL NKU as needed. Direct Student Service
Program Management
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience required. Or a master's degree and 2 years of related experience. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities Required Documents
