The Materials Supervisor is responsible for leading the materials team to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and timely support of production and shipping operations. This role promotes safety, quality, and compliance with all regulatory, and company standards while driving continuous improvement in material accuracy and process efficiency. The supervisor ensures the department meets key performance goals through effective leadership, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Flexibility to support alternate shifts or respond to operational challenges is essential to maintaining uninterrupted production performance. Requirements Leadership & People Management

QUALIFICATIONS Education: APICS/Supply Chain certification, in combination with experience in logistic, supply chain and industrial supervision Experience/Knowledge: 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility Specific Job Skills: Strong leadership and people management, analytical thinking and continuous improvement, commitment to safety and compliance, multitasking ability, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
