Avaya seeks an experienced and business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to join its International Legal Team. This role will primarily support Avaya's business operations in the Middle East and Africa while also providing legal support for strategic corporate, governance, regulatory and restructuring matters across EMEA and APAC. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted legal advisor to business stakeholders and management, providing practical and commercially focused legal advice on complex transactions, regulatory matters, corporate governance, compliance initiatives, disputes and strategic projects. The role will have significant exposure to multinational legal issues, cross-border transactions, entity management and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with regional business leaders, external counsel and legal colleagues globally. This position will be based in India and report to the Associate General Counsel EMEA & APAC. Key Responsibilities
