Marketing Manager Position Summary Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to shape the resort's brand narrative and drive engagement across one of Texas' premier luxury destinations. This role leads integrated marketing and public relations efforts, executes multi-channel campaigns, and partners cross-functionally to support revenue growth, brand visibility, and exceptional guest experiences. Bachelors of Hospitality and Resort Management (required)
Bachelors of Marketing (required) Experience
Content & Brand Development: Experience leading content creation, brand storytelling, and media relations, including photo/video production and maintaining consistent brand voice across platforms (required)
Integrated Campaign Management: Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, traditional media, and on-property activations from concept through performance analysis (required) 3 - 5 years: Hospitality Marketing Experience: 3-5 years developing and executing marketing or public relations strategies within a resort, hotel, lifestyle brand, or agency environment (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
