OB Tech - Labor and Delivery - Full Time 12 Hours Nights (7:00PM to 7:30AM) (Union, Non-Exempt) *Sing in Bonus up to $2500*

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable to the unit Manager and/or the Director of the department.
• Annually demonstrates competence in critical behaviors.
• Displays professional commitment and supports the unit team by promoting unity and teamwork among coworkers by maintaining a positive attitude and positive working relationships.
• Knowledge of AORN/AW HONN/ACOG recommended standards.
• Responsible for understanding and participating in the organization-wide Performance Improvement Program through orientation, education, departmental and interdepartmental quality control, performance improvement, and quality planning activities.

Job Requirements

Education
Minimum (Required) High School Diploma or equivalent

Licenses and Certifications
Minimum (Required)
* Current BLS certification
* Must successfully complete and maintain NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification within 4 months of hire.

Preferred (Not required)
Surgical Technician program/certification preferred.

Pay Transparency

The hourly salary rate range for this position is $21.00- $25.95.
