What to Expect We areseekinga highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team inDriveUnit. As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive thedevelopment and introduction of newDriveUnittechnologies, products, and processes,ensuringtimelyand successful implementation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex engineering programs, and ensure adherence toour development process, productquality,and timelines. Your primary focus will be on overseeing theimprovements to our existing Drive Units as well as launching newDriveUnits, collaborating with variousglobalteams to identify areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to meet business objectives. You willbe responsible fordeveloping andmaintainingrelationships with cross-functional partners, including engineering, manufacturing,andsupply chain teams. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
