In this role, you will help maintain order through strong attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork while representing our agile, reliable, and innovative values with integrity and a people-first approach.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access communications, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely routing of officers and/or appropriate personnel to incidents, alarms, and routine requests.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear radio, phone, and/or digital communication with on-site teams and site leadership.
  • Assist with tracking incident details, maintaining dispatch logs, and reporting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and/or operational issues in accordance with site policies.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess supervisory experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
