Therapist Diamond Grove Center Hospital is looking for for an experienced Therapist (preferably psych).Therapist hours will consist of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, this is an exempt position. Diamond Grove Center has been providing psychiatric services for more than 29 years to the local area. Located in Louisville, Ms. our 85 bed facility provides a peaceful setting for individuals seeking treatment for mental illness. Diamond Grove Center offers unique and individualized programming for children and adoloscents, which sets us apart from any other treatment facilities, with a tenured leadership team, and season nursing department. For more information on our hospital please follow us athttps://www.linkedin.com/company/diamondgrovecenter, diamondgrovecenter.com (https://www.diamondgrovecenter.com) Therapist and/or Social Worker will provide essential components of the overall treatment program through various interventions and modalities, function as a member of the treatment team and accepts responsibilities for specifically assigned duties, psycho-social's master treatment plans, treatment plan updates, group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy as needed, discharge planning, documentation, discharge safety plan, and assist with treatment program. Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in mental health promotion and maintenance of high-quality comprehensive patient care. Complete Psychosocial Assessment on each patient within72 hours. Complete Master Treatment Plan within72 hoursand complete Treatment Plan Update once a week. Attend treatment teammeetingand provide information about the patient. Assures contact with referralsourcewithin72 hoursof admission asevidentby notation on the psychosocial assessment.
