About the position

The Growth Marketing Leaddrives the strategy and executionacrossKeyfactor'stwo growth motions: enterprise named-account demand generation and product-led growth (PLG) via the Test Drive program. As a player-coach, you are equally adept at architectingthegrowth strategy, experimentation engine, and measurement frameworkfor team members to excel,androllingup your sleeves to build, launch, andoptimizeprograms yourself. This role is ideal for a strategic thinkerwith a bias for actionwho thrives onrolling up their sleeves forexecution. The ideal candidate will haveproven B2B enterprise demand-generation and PLG experience at high-growth, $200M+ ARR companies.

Responsibilities



  • Design and deliver multi-channel demand programs:Define and run the demand strategy for the Named Account Model, building the advanced segmentation, dynamic orchestration, and prioritization that reach, engage, and convert priority accounts at scale.
  • Ownand scalePLGgrowthmotion: Leadplanning and execution for ICPacquisition, activation, andpipeline conversion throughKeyfactor'sTest Drive program.
  • Develop and manage growth measurement and reporting:DefineNorth Star metricsandsupportingKPIs that tie leading indicators, engagement data, and funnel metrics to Opportunity ARR and Revenue. Partner with Marketing Ops, Rev Ops, and Marketing Analyst tomaintainperformancedashboards ,and turn data into direction for the team and leadership.
  • Buildthe experimentation engine:Developthe testing roadmap and raise the bar onexperiment rigortooptimize forwhat worksandimprove engagement rates, pipeline quality, and salesimpactacross channels.
  • Leadcross-functional alignment: Project manage and partneracross Performance Marketing, Marketing Ops, Web, Content, Field, Customer, Brand, Product Marketing, SDR, and Sales to ensure message-to-market fit, account and segment prioritization,full-funnel alignment, and SDR and Sales conversion.
  • Champion AI and automation: Set and implement the AI and automation strategy across the campaign operating processalongside Marketing Operations. Leadideation and planningacrosscontent development, deployment, andoptimization,and establishbest practicesand standardsthe broader team adopts.
  • Mentor and lead:Act as a player-coach and strategic thought partner to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, mentoring team members andinnovatingacross theteam.


Skills and Qualifications



  • 7-9 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS, witha track recordof both setting strategy and executing hands-on.
  • Deepexpertisein Enterprise B2B Growthand demand generation;demonstratedleadership deploying advancedsegmentation and dynamicomni-channelcampaign orchestration.
  • Proven experiencerunningPLG alongside enterprisenamed-accountcampaign execution.
  • High data fluency with experience in multi-touch attribution models and marketing analytics tools (e.g.,Dreamdata, DOMO); SQL or BI experience a plus.
  • Skilled at deploying AI and automation across omni-channel marketing workflow.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced culture.
  • Strong senseof ownership;youidentifygaps, build solutions, and continuouslyoptimizewithout waiting for direction,paired with experience mentoring marketers and influencing cross-functionally.
  • ProficiencyinHubspotand Salesforce; ABM tooling a plus.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
