By partnering across technical, delivery, proposal, and GTM functions, these teams help ensure Ad Hoc remains competitive, scalable, and aligned to customer challenges across the federal civilian landscape. Primary Responsibilities: In this role, you will serve as a senior technical and growth partner supporting qualification, capture, and proposal efforts across strategic federal opportunities. You will help bridge technical solutioning with business growth strategy, partnering closely with GTM, Capture, Proposal, Delivery, and Engineering teams to develop compelling technical approaches that position Ad Hoc for continued growth. This is a highly collaborative individual contributor role focused on helping shape technical strategy, proposal development, customer solutioning, and growth initiatives. Compensation Transparency In support of various state and city equal pay transparency laws, Ad Hoc job descriptions feature the starting range we reasonably expect to pay to candidates who would join our team with little to no need for training on the responsibilities we've outlined above. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, responsibility, technical expertise, capture experience, and overall alignment to the role.
