Key Responsibilities:

As a Flooring Technical Service Representative, you will...

  • Managing bond testing and adhesive studies with the OEM's products
  • Evaluating and field trialing R&D formulations for new product development
  • Managing all OEM-related inspections, job site visits, and technical inquiries
  • Collaborating with Sales and R&D teams, while representing Bostik professionally with key customers

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry (including previous background in flooring installation)
  • HS diploma required, with post-HS technical school degree preferred
  • Flooring inspection and installation courses preferred
  • Ability to perform safe work practices aligned with OSHA, EPA, and Bostik EHS standards, as well as travel outside of local territory multiple times per year
