Position Summary: The Downstream Bioprocessing Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Isolere and Purexa's purification solutions. Reporting to the GM of Isolere, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth and technical adoption of Donaldson's purification solutions across bioprocessing clients by identifying, developing, and executing strategic initiatives to expand our client base and increase revenue streams. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. An ideal candidate will have experience within the life sciences industry launching and growing new technologies. This individual will be responsible for external-facing activities related to sales, collaborations and partnerships, supply agreements, channel partnerships, and other business development transactions. Due to the early nature of our products, a great candidate will also have an entrepreneurial spirit while still being able to navigate the established supporting corporate culture of Donaldson and contribute to its growing life science business. Qualified candidates must be able to work a remote schedule. Role Responsibilities:

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. Annual Salary Range : $123,800 - 162,500. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included. This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
