The Global Marketing & Communications Lead will drive development and delivery of the global marketing and communications strategy and programmes for the priority clients, sectors and products, with a focus on our disputes offering, energy & infrastructure and ESG. The role will act as business partner to the leaders of these priority areas, leveraging multiple marketing and communications disciplines (media relations, brand building, digital marketing, internal communications), to directly contribute to the firm's growth ambition. This position will focuson development and execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy covering creation of messaging and campaigns targeted at our current and prospective clients, as well as critical internal audiences to build advocacy and awareness, improve the profile of the Clifford Chance offering, and ultimately strengthen the competitive position of the firm globally. Key responsibilities The Brand, Communications & Public Affairs function plays a critical role in supporting the Firm in pursuing its strategic objectives. The team proactively manages the Firm's brand and reputation across key stakeholder groups, supports internal engagement and alignment with the Firm's strategy and develops our market profile in support of our commercial objectives. The Global Marketing & Communications Lead will work directly within the Clients & Sectors team, along with leaders from our Global Product Groups and the Global Heads of Client and Market Development. They will collaborate closely with other specialists across the firm i.e., Thought Leadership to ensure that our communications and marketing activity supports and enables the success of our client strategy, strengthens our value proposition to clients and sets us apart from our competitors. You will develop a deep understanding of our client base, product groups and sector focus, and work hand in hand with partners as well as members of the Business Development team to drive activities which are directly aligned with revenue opportunities. Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $212,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
