*Job Title: Member Service Representative - Contact Center (Remote within 60 Miles of Dallas, TX)*
*Job Description*The Member Service Representative role supports a 24/7, high-volume, schedule-driven contact center by responding to inbound and outbound member inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You will provide information about financial products and services, perform account transactions, and use multiple systems simultaneously to deliver an exceptional member experience in a highly structured environment. *Responsibilities* * Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls from members in a fast-paced, schedule-driven contact center. * Provide accurate information about a wide range of financial products and services, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other account types. * Perform account-related transactions and related functions while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and policy compliance. * Actively listen to members, identify their needs, and engage using appropriate methods to ensure a positive and efficient member experience. * Advise members on additional products and services that may fit their financial needs and offer opportunities for positive member interaction. * Navigate and adapt to multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously during live calls. * Follow established procedures, policies, and compliance requirements consistently in a very structured environment. * Manage back-to-back calls for the majority of each shift, including extended periods of up to four hours on the phone between breaks. * Adhere to scheduled events such as breaks and meals, taking them at the designated times. * Maintain a professional demeanor and clear communication style while working in a remote setting. * Support a 24/7/365 operation by working an assigned shift with reasonable flexibility in start and end times within a defined window. *Essential Skills* * Proven customer service experience in a call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional office, or high-volume retail environment. * Strong phone-based customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional etiquette. * Ability to handle high volume calls in a structured, schedule-driven environment. * Proficiency with data entry and accurate information capture while speaking with members. * Ability to work effectively with inbound and outbound calls in a contact center setting. * Comfort working in a policy-driven environment with strict adherence to procedures and compliance standards. * Adaptability to use multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously. * Strong organizational and time management skills to follow scheduled breaks, meals, and shift expectations. * Capability to work remotely within 60 miles of Dallas, TX. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in financial services, banking, credit unions, mortgage, or related industries is highly beneficial. * Background in professional office environments or high-volume retail roles that require consistent customer interaction. * Comfort working in a highly structured, metric-driven contact center. * Ability to remain focused and productive while taking back-to-back calls for extended periods. * Willingness to work within a flexible shift window where start and end times may vary by up to one hour. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling member accounts and transactions. *Why Work Here?*Join a mission-driven organization that serves the financial needs of military members and their families around the world. You will work in a virtual contact center that operates 24/7/365, supporting members around the globe. The environment is highly structured and schedule-driven, with back-to-back calls for much of your shift and potential call blocks of up to four hours between breaks. Most shifts are flexible, meaning your scheduled start and end times can vary within a one-hour window, and your daily availability must cover 9.5 hours to accommodate that variation. Breaks and meals occur at set times and must be taken as scheduled. You will use multiple computer systems and applications while on the phone, working from a quiet, professional home workspace suitable for continuous phone and computer-based work. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
