Aquent is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to drive a full range of planning, implementation, and operational support for new and restructured clinical programs, business development, and customer service initiatives.

Operating independently with regular leadership communication, this consultant will manage end-to-end logistics for client relationships, operational workflows, and marketing efforts. This role acts as a primary operational bridge, working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders across clinical, administrative, ancillary, and affiliated medical education departments.


Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Operational Support

  • Project Lifecycle Leadership: Lead and support multi-faceted initiatives aimed at improving internal medical facility operations and overall service growth; define project scopes and set clear, precise expectations.
  • Workgroup Governance: Launch and facilitate cross-functional workgroups to build necessary processes and procedures for existing and new services. Manage and distribute meeting minutes and project activity updates.
  • Process Flow Optimization: Assess, document, and recommend improvements for complex business process flows to ensure optimal project and clinical outcomes.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure all internal operations and assigned projects comply fully with departmental, hospital, and institutional policies.


2. Logistics, Marketing & Vendor Management

  • Patient & Workflow Facilitation: Maintain a strong understanding of care coordination workflows and key health system components to help facilitate patient inquiries and facility visits as needed.
  • Collateral & Event Production: Handle the production of marketing collateral and event materials for diverse internal and external promotional activities.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assist in the selection, contract onboarding, and evaluation processes for external consultants, contractors, and vendors.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Methodology Alignment: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and process/performance improvement principles (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks are a plus).
  • Data Synthesis & Reporting: Demonstrated ability to analyze high volumes of information and author clear, concise, and highly accurate research or tracking documentation.
  • Multi-Project Organization: Elite organizational skills to handle several operational projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks under pressure, and independently solve problems.
  • Technical Literacy: High proficiency in personal computers and standard enterprise tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, online databases, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to establish and sustain productive, confidential working relationships with staff, physicians, and diverse external working groups.


Qualifications & Experience
Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: A combination of education and professional experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge, skills, and strategic problem-solving abilities required for healthcare program oversight.
  • Cultural Competency: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups, international clients, and the broader community.


Preferred:

  • Multilingual Skills: Additional language skills (other than English) are highly preferred to support a diverse or international audience.
  • Industry Context: Prior experience working within, or a strong capacity to quickly learn the structural framework of, an academic medical center or complex healthcare system.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.73 - $66.37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
