Description
- Channel Ownership: Drive the launch and ongoing growth of the dedicated Podcasts channel
- Content Strategy & Programming: Execute a video-first content strategy, overseeing a heavy volume of episodic video clips (approx. 70% of channel output) alongside established, multi-platform creative franchises (e.g., Decoded, Start Here).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner hand-in-hand with internal Original Content (OC) creators, editors, and marketing/editorial business teams to align social content with broader marketing priorities.

- Strategic Adaptability: Seamlessly shift the channel's voice and tone across vastly different genres, from pop culture and reality television to hard-hitting true crime.
- Thought Leadership: Keep a pulse on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging social behaviors to ensure Podcasts remains a leader in innovative storytelling.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital/social marketing, specifically managing high-profile, external-facing branded social media channels.
- Deep familiarity with the digital video landscape, short-form video formats, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience working directly with external partners, creators, or high-profile talent on high-stakes projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of professionalism regarding brand-safe communication and setting boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, multitask, and collaborate across multiple distinct business lines under a single brand umbrella.

- Background in related Entertainment fields (e.g., Music, streaming DSPs, or digital podcast networks).
- Experience or transferable skills in launching and growing branded TikTok channels.
- Familiarity with on-the-go/mobile video editing software for real-time event coverage.
