Aquent is partnering with a major retail brand to identify a Production Designer to support their internal creative team. This contract role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and excels in executing print and promotional assets with speed and precision.


What You'll Do:

  • Build retail signage, flyers, and promotional materials using InDesign templates
  • Execute print and simple digital assets
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple deadlines
  • Work with traffic teams and marketing partners
  • QA deliverables for accuracy
  • Apply revisions quickly
  • Support seasonal promotional campaigns


What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years in print production design
  • Expert Adobe InDesign skills
  • Experience in high-volume template-based workflows
  • Retail or promotional print background
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Photoshop/Illustrator familiarity


Nice to Have:



  • Workfront experience
  • SharePoint experience
  • Convenience, retail, or CPG experience
  • Social/digital asset production

The target hiring compensation for this role is $25- $30/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
