Are you ready to make a significant impact on the next generation of consumer technology? We are seeking a visionary and driven individual to join a dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge initiatives. This is your chance to bring revolutionary products to life, influencing how integrated systems, mobile applications, embedded technology, and physical products come together to create unparalleled user experiences. You will be instrumental in bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to highly cross-functional teams, navigating ambiguity, and building processes from scratch to lead complex product development challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end execution for software and firmware development across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and ceremonies.
  • Own workflows, ensuring strong backlog hygiene, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Establish and evolve development processes and SDLC practices in a fast-changing environment.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and quality assurance teams to align priorities and resolve ambiguity.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure teams are progressing toward key milestones.
  • Facilitate decision-making and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation to support execution, accountability, and alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience leading software AND firmware development efforts.
  • Background working on consumer products, ideally hardware-integrated or wearable technology.
  • Proven experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, or early-stage environments.
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Deep expertise with Agile tooling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Builder mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with embedded systems, firmware development, or hardware-software integration.
  • Background in wearables, robotics, connected devices, or smart products.
  • Experience supporting 01 product development or innovation/research and development environments.
  • Familiarity with mobile or cloud-connected applications tied to physical products.

This is a high-impact contract role at the center of software, hardware, and product development, offering a unique opportunity to work on highly innovative, next-generation consumer products. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team with a startup-like culture, where you can shape processes and influence how products are built from the ground up.
