**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and support the planning and execution of vital projects and process enhancements.

* Collaborate with technology teams, business units, and external partners to resolve complex issues and implement effective solutions.

* Conduct in-depth business analysis, comprehensive risk assessments, and critical business impact analyses to inform strategic decisions.

* Develop and present clear, concise operational and management status reports to stakeholders.

* Create and meticulously maintain essential business process documentation.

* Effectively communicate business strategies, policies, and changes to diverse stakeholder groups.

* Actively support business continuity efforts and provide crucial assistance during crisis events to ensure operational resilience.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

* 3-5 years of experience, preferably within the financial services sector.

* Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Experience in business continuity planning or support.
