Waukesha County's Department of Administration isseekinga talentedand experiencedSenior Human Resources Analyst tojoin our collaborative and engaged Human Resource team.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR services to assigned County departments and serveas atrusted business partner and resource formanagers,supervisorsand employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment andselection, workplace investigations, classification and compensation,policyand procedureinterpretation, and ensuringcompliancewith federal and state employment and labor laws.

The ideal candidate will bringbroadhuman resourcegeneralist experienceandthrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. Success in this role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizationaland problem-solving abilities,sound judgement,a collaborative approach,and the ability toestablishand maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements
1. Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in human resources management, labor or industrial relations, business or public administration, social sciences, or a closely related field.
2. Two (2) years of professional work experience in human resources administration including employment, wage and salary administration, labor relations, training, employee learning and development, organizational development, or a closely related field, preferably in the public sector.
3. Master's degree from a recognized college or university in an area listed above may be substituted for one (1) year of the work experience requirement.
