About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining equipment, responding to trouble calls, and performing preventative maintenance--all while upholding the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency. Schedule: 12-hour nights 6PM-6AM. The 2-week pattern is: Tuesday & Wednesday, off Thursday& Friday. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Off Tuesday and Wednesday On Thursday and Friday Off Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Responding promptly to equipment trouble calls and performing efficient, sanitary, and safe repairs.
• Conducting preventative maintenance and documenting tasks, time, and any deficiencies.
• Performing bench repairs and operating power tools, hand tools, welding/cutting equipment, and man lifts as needed.
• Completing and filing all required documentation in an organized and timely manner.

• Reliability and initiative, with minimal supervision required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily and work in damp, noisy, and climate-variable environments (inside and outside).

• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
