Aon is looking for a Program Professional Under the general supervision of the Project Solutions Leader, performs responsible, client-focused duties in connection with the management and administration of the designated Controlled Insurance Program ("CIP"), including interaction with program Sponsor, project personnel, contractors, subcontractors, and insurers. The Program Professional is a highly visible position as the daily point of contact between Aon, the program Sponsor and various program stakeholders. The candidate will also work closely with all members of the Aon Risk Solutions team, including Program Managers, Account Executives, Brokers, and other Program Professionals and Administrators. The position requires an inquisitive, detail oriented individual with good analytical skills. Written and verbal communication skills are also important as candidate will be speaking and writing directly to a variety of program Sponsor and project personnel. How this opportunity is different This role provides the opportunity to be at the heart of complex, high-profile construction and infrastructure programs. You will provide administration on wrap-ups from start to finish while working closely with Program Managers and Program Professionals at a leading global risk advisory firm. They have room to grow into Program Manager roles, taking on more ownership on accounts or in other specialty construction roles. Education: High school graduation; collegelevel coursework, or its equivalent, in insurance or risk management is highly desirable.

Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $70,000 to $95,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
