Your Responsibilities:



  • Lead and develop a multi-shift maintenance team, promoting safety, performance, and accountability
  • Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
  • Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, CMMS utilization, and work order management
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze equipment failures, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability
  • Provide technical leadership for electrical, mechanical, PLC, automation, and instrumentation systems
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and HR to support production goals and workforce development
  • Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Communicate maintenance priorities, equipment status, and project updates across the organization

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, electrical systems, or engineering support
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, controls, automation, motors, and drives
  • Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance, reliability programs, and CMMS systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while balancing technical and team leadership responsibilities
