Location: West Chester, OH

Pay: $20-$25/Hour

We are hiring Orbital Welders for a growing manufacturing team in West Chester, OH. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with machine operation experience, entry-level welding experience, or recent welding school graduates looking to grow their skills in orbital welding and automated welding systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate orbital welding equipment and related production machinery

* Prepare, align, and assemble components for welding

* Perform visual weld inspections to ensure quality and compliance standards

* Follow ASME Section IX welding procedures and safety protocols

* Support senior welders and production teams to meet manufacturing goals

* Perform basic equipment adjustments, maintenance, and troubleshooting

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

* Experience operating machining, fabrication, or welding equipment preferred

* Basic welding knowledge or recent welding school training required

* Understanding of weld quality and inspection standards

* Ability to work independently with moderate supervision

* Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

* Must be able to qualify under ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX requirements

* Must pass a weld test and complete a Predictive Index assessment prior to interview scheduling

Schedule:

* 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts

* Regular hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

* Overtime available as needed, including Friday overtime shifts
