Entry to Mid-Level | Contract | $21-$24/hr |


Overview

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual EHS / ISO Compliance Coordinator to help drive a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their EHS career who wants hands-on experience with audits, site safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You'll play a key role in supporting safety programs, conducting inspections, and helping teams meet OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards across the site.


What You'll Do

  • Support and conduct internal safety and compliance audits (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001)
  • Perform regular site walkthroughs to identify hazards and ensure safe working conditions
  • Help ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
  • Track and document incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions
  • Support emergency response planning, training, and drills
  • Help create and deliver safety training materials in English and Spanish
  • Assist in preparing for external audits and inspections
  • Work closely with site teams to strengthen safety culture and improve processes


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of EHS, safety, or compliance experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong internships are welcome to apply)
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Exposure to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required, does not need to be fluent in Spanish but needs to be able to communicate with others in Spanish.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in industrial or manufacturing environments


Nice to Have

  • ISO auditor or safety-related certifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and safety improvement
