What You'll Do

As an Employee Relations Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and workplace investigations expert, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities include:




  • Independently conduct fair, objective, and thorough investigations into employee relations concerns, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace issues.



  • Gather and analyze evidence, conduct witness interviews, assess credibility, and determine findings.



  • Prepare clear, comprehensive investigation reports and maintain accurate case documentation and tracking systems.



  • Conduct in-person, virtual, and phone-based interviews while ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity throughout the process.



  • Partner closely with leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to address employee concerns and recommend appropriate next steps.



  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, helping leaders navigate complex and evolving workplace situations.



  • Support Employee Relations initiatives and special projects as needed.




What You'll Bring


  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience conducting workplace investigations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.



  • Demonstrated experience investigating allegations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employee relations matters.



  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace compliance requirements.



  • Deep understanding of investigation best practices, including neutral fact-finding, credibility assessments, confidentiality standards, and documentation.



  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive, emotional, and complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.



  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.



  • Sound business judgment and strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employee relations strategies.
