Maintenance Mechanic (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $32-$40/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Flexible shifts + overtime + occasional weekends/on-call

Benefits: Available during temp period

Interview: In-person with Maintenance Superintendent


About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You'll work on a variety of industrial systems including extruders, compressors, chillers, and material handling equipment.


What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical & electrical equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Work on motors, pumps, conveyors, and production systems
  • Support fabrication and machine shop repairs
  • Use CMMS to document work orders and PMs
  • Keep equipment running safely and efficiently


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong mechanical + basic electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with AC/DC motors and industrial equipment
  • Ability to use measuring tools and read technical info
  • Comfortable working at heights, in heat, and in active plant environments
  • Must be available for off-shifts, OT, and call-outs
