Forklift experience required Minimum of 3 months of warehouse, recycling, janitorial, or distribution center experience preferred Experience operating power industrial trucks (PIT) is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution or fulfillment environment Strong attention to safety and cleanliness Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team Flexible and willing to support multiple operational tasks Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Resonsibilities: Collect, sort, and recycle cardboard and corrugate materials throughout the distribution center Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) to transport recycling and waste materials between designated areas Safely operate recycling equipment including balers, augers, and trash compactors Empty trash containers and wood bins throughout the facility Sweep floors and maintain clean, organized work areas Support warehouse cleaning and housekeeping teams as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment Complete assigned warehouse support and recycling tasks efficiently and accurately Assist with additional duties as assigned in support of facility operations Why This Opportunity?
