Location: Lyndhurst, NJ
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

- Have a high school diploma or GED (bonus: prior call center experience)
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably supporting residential or retail accounts
- Strong order entry and order management skills
- Experience processing invoices, pricing updates, credits, rebills, and RMAs (Returns Merchandise Authorizations)
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers by phone and email
- Experience coordinating deliveries and managing customer preferences
- Strong attention to detail for pricing accuracy and data entry
- Ability to multitask and support multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, customer support, and regional teams
- Experience in maintaining customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction
- Proficiency with ERP and data entry systems
- SAP experience is required
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
- Additional experience with other data entry, ERP, or order management software is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and support account growth initiatives
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Here's How You'll Make an Impact:
- Place customer orders and coordinate deliveries based on customer preferences
- Enter and maintain customer pricing information to ensure accurate invoicing
- Update pricing records when project pricing changes are provided by regional managers
- Consolidate orders to help customers receive the most cost-effective freight charges
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and service requests
- Communicate order status updates and resolve customer concerns
- Process RMAs, credits, and rebills within established timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and national account customers
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Assist fellow customer service representatives as needed
- Attend regional meetings to strengthen relationships with sales personnel
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service
- Support growth strategy development for national accounts
- Maintain accurate customer and order records within SAP S/4HANA and related systems
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from order placement through payment completion
- Contribute to overall customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth objectives
