EPEO Storage Services Analyst

Location: Dearborn, MI

Pay: $59.87/hr

Schedule: Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite

We are seeking a Storage Services Analyst to support enterprise storage infrastructure, asset management, and data center operations within a global IT environment. This role supports Storage as a Service (StaaS) and Data Protection as a Service (DPaaS) initiatives through project coordination, infrastructure support, financial tracking, and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support Jira planning and tracking activities including Epics, User Stories, and Tasks
  • Assist with asset management, leasing activities, and service contract coordination
  • Support storage infrastructure planning, expansion, and global deployment initiatives
  • Assist with installation of new hardware and decommissioning of end-of-life equipment
  • Coordinate fiber optic connections and support server-related connectivity requests
  • Troubleshoot storage and server-connected infrastructure environments
  • Support financial reporting, budgeting, and capacity planning activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and management on infrastructure projects
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting metrics



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of IT experience in infrastructure, operations, or technical support environments
  • Experience using Jira for project tracking and workflow management
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to analyze technical and financial data and present findings to leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail



Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, or project management processes
  • Familiarity with data center environments and access procedures
  • Experience with storage fiber infrastructure and Cisco MDS switches
  • Understanding of vendor hardware installation and power connectivity requirements
  • Experience coordinating storage array installation and decommissioning activities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required
