Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, production machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Move, process, and transport materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Monitor product quality and complete required production and quality documentation
• Load and unload materials from containers, skids, tubs, and boxes as assigned
• Meet or exceed production goals while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, or factory experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to complete production paperwork accurately
• Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses required
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment
