Position Description

The primary function of this position is to provide coordination, sales enablement, and administrative support to the company's Channel sales initiatives and partner programs related to software and solutions offerings.

Responsibilities



  • Support channel enablement activities through coordination of training sessions, administrative coordination, pipeline tracking, and opportunity follow-up.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of sales reviews, partner meetings, and sales enablement sessions.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline summaries, dashboards, and business review materials.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions from customer meetings, partner discussions, and internal sales reviews.
  • Help maintain backlog/order tracking, CRM updates, and opportunity status reporting.
  • Assist with software migration coordination and partner onboarding activities.
  • Support channel enablement initiatives by organizing training materials, presentations, and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between company internal teams and channel partners regarding ongoing projects and support requests.
  • Contribute to partner adoption initiatives and operational support programs related to the company's Software and Solutions offerings.
  • Assist with gathering market feedback, customer requests, and partner activity updates for internal reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate administrative support activities for pilot programs, partner initiatives, and sales operations processes.


Requirements:



  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.


Education/Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience required.
