Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift, 6 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift, 3 PM - 11:30 PM

What Is Expected (Requirements):



  • Associate degree, vocational training, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing, production, or related industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production processes, and quality systems.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and support production personnel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating personnel, resources, and production schedules.
  • Ability to present information effectively to employees, supervisors, and small groups.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.


What You'll Do (Job Duties):



  • Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback through formal and informal evaluations.
  • Coordinate staffing and labor resources to support production schedules and operational needs.
  • Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
  • Escalate equipment downtime and coordinate with Maintenance and Test Support teams to resolve issues.
  • Track and report time associated with NPI (New Product Introduction), pre-production activities, and rework.
  • Ensure effective shift-to-shift communication and transfer of operational information.
  • Maintain and update department communication boards and production metrics.
  • Serve as the primary contact for scrap reduction and quality-related investigations.
  • Identify material shortages and coordinate with Purchasing and Expediting teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Participate in and lead process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on manufacturing processes, equipment, and production methods.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies, manufacturing techniques, and process improvements.
  • Make operational decisions using independent judgment to support production goals and team performance.
