Order Management Analyst (Temporary Assignment)

Location: Dearborn, MI

Pay: $25.00 - $26.75/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Analyst for a temporary assignment supporting high-volume order processing and customer operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing customer purchase orders, maintaining accurate ERP system data, resolving order discrepancies, and supporting daily supply chain and sales operations.

Key responsibilities include processing manual and EDI customer orders in Baan ERP, updating customer and supplier information, managing order changes, maintaining Item Master data integrity, and coordinating shipment and delivery information. The Order Management Analyst will also support internal teams and customers by resolving order discrepancies, monitoring reports, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working with ERP systems, customer order processing, or supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience
• Experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or operations support
• ERP system experience (Baan experience preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
