We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Fitter / TIG Welder for a growing manufacturing team in West Chester, OH. This temp opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in stainless steel fabrication, TIG welding, pipe fitting, and blueprint reading in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, fit, and assemble stainless steel tubing and fittings to customer specifications.
• Perform TIG welding and fabrication work using engineering drawings and shop plans.
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, height gauges, and tape measures.
• Read blueprints and assist with welding project layouts and fabrication designs.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production timelines

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of TIG welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Stainless steel welding experience strongly preferred
• Pipe fitting experience is a plus
• Aluminum welding experience accepted, but stainless steel is prioritized
• Ability to read measuring devices and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must pass a weld test and complete a Predictive Index assessment before interview scheduling

Schedule:

• 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts
• Regular hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Overtime available, including Friday shifts from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
