What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Lift (up to) 50 lbs., and stack safely.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Ability to use basic measuring devices effectively.
• Ability to safely operate hand jacks and carts.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and productivity.

What You Will Do On the Floor

• Execute daily work instructions provided by the supervisor promptly.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Accurately use basic measuring tools such as tape measures and rulers.
• Lift, carry, and move merchandise and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Safely operate manual material-handling equipment, including hand jacks and wheeled carts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
