Your Job Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Director of Commercial Finance to support our Medical Business Unit (~$1.5B in revenue) at our Hudson, WI site. This role is a key member of the Finance leadership team, reporting to the VP Finance, MPS, with a dotted line to the VP, Medical Business Unit. This leader will serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial and business leadership, translating strategy into financial outcomes, driving disciplined execution, and building organizational capability. The role requires strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence a matrixed environment.
