As a Delivery Lead in the Analysis & Design Delivery Segment, you will drive the delivery and adoption of new and significantly enhanced digital capabilities for Biomedical Research, while leading a high-performing, cross-functional matrix team. Delivery is achieved through predictable, high-quality and time-bound initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities and architecture. The Delivery Lead role is instrumental in prioritizing, planning and executing initiatives, including release, scaling and transition to operations. You will ensure alignment with architectural, security and compliance standards, while playing a central role in enabling innovative value creation for Biomedical Research through strong delivery leadership and stakeholder engagement. The salary for this position is expected to range between $152,600 and $283,400 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills andexperience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the publishedsalary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of therole, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
