The experiments involve working with mice, isolating specific cell types from various tissues such as heart and brain at various developmental stages. The experiments also involve a mix of molecular biology, cellular signaling assay as well as preparing samples for mass spectrometry and RAN-sequencing. Below is the list of duties that are required: 1) Isolation and culture of neonatal and adult cardiomyocytes. We require expression of various biosensors in cardiomyocytes, therefore maintain the culture for minimum of 7 days is required. Precision, attention to detail, and impeccable technique are required to maintain these cultures. Required Qualifications:
